Garden Waste Service Application

Please use this form to register for our fortnightly Garden Waste collection. The service is only open to customers who live within the Leicester City Council area.

To book a bulky waste collection please use the bulky waste collection form. To add an additional green bin to an existing Garden Waste account please use the Request Additional Bins Form.

Data Protection Statement

In order to process your request, we will need to know your name and home address, as well as your email address and/or telephone number.

Your payment will be made through our secure payment system provider, Capita. Your card details will not be stored following the transaction. Your name, address, contact details, and any additional comments and information entered by you are stored securely on an internal database, including your direct debit details if you have signed up for the discounted rate.

Any personal information that you provide will be processed in accordance with current Data Protection laws. It will be used by Leicester City Council and our partners to deliver and improve services and fulfil our legal duties. We will not disclose any personal information to anyone else unless required or allowed to do so by law.
