Renew your Garden Waste Service

You have two options for paying your renewal fee. In both cases you will need your Garden Waste Customer Account Reference. If you do not have it, then please contact the Garden Waste team on 0116 454 1002.

Payment Options:

1. Pay for Next Year's Service ?

   Pay for Next Year's Service

   You have chosen to pay only for next year’s service, and not to set up a Direct Debit to automatically renew your service each year. The cost for this year’s service will be £ 63.00, however if you choose to set up a Direct Debit, you will pay just £ 58.00 this year.

   If you wish to instead set up a Direct Debit, you can click back and select Set up a Direct Debit. Payment will be taken from your account on your renewal date, with future payments also being taken automatically each year.

   By clicking to continue you confirm that you wish to make a single payment for this year by credit/debit card today. You will continue to receive invoices for subsequent years and will need to return to make a payment each year.

   Pay only for next year’s Garden Waste Service. This will be charged at £63.00, and you will be invoiced to renew the service again next year.

2. Set up a Direct Debit ?

   Set up a Direct Debit so that your service renews automatically each year. You will be charged £58.00, and payment will be taken on your renewal date, or within 10 days of Direct Debit being set up, if renewal has already passed.

   You are choosing to make your future payments by Direct Debit; the annual cost of the service is £58.00. Your service will renew automatically each year, and you will not need to do anything.

   Renewal payments will be taken a year after the date of your first collection, and each subsequent year. We will contact you approx. 10 working days prior to the payment being taken to remind you of the date the payment will be taken.
